Beginner Friendly Freediving Course
Offered in the Northern Beaches or Eastern Suburbs

  • Gain a globally-recognised L1 certification with PADI (equivalent to Molchanovs Wave 1 or AIDA 2)

  • Learn to hold your breath for freediving
