Your PADI Freediving eLearning will be assigned to your personal PADI account within 3 business days of booking your course.

You’ll receive an email from PADI once your eLearning is ready — be sure to check your junk/spam/promotions folders.

If you can’t find the email, please try these steps before reaching out:

1. Search your inbox (including junk/spam/promotions) for an email from PADI.

2. Use the link in that email to create or log in to your PADI account — your eLearning will appear there.

3. If you still can’t find the email, you can access your account directly via this link: http://learning.padi.com/.

   • If you don’t have an account already - you can create your account using the same email address you booked the course with

   • If you do have an account, simply log in, and your eLearning should be visible.

Note: Immersia manually assigns your access, but your login and eLearning platform are run by PADI, not us.

We don’t have a full time staffed phone line, but we are happy to arrange a callback!
