Our freediving depth training sessions are the prefect place to continue working towards your freediving certification, or develop the skills to go deeper
Here’s what you can expect from our freediving training sessions:
Increase your breath-hold
Work towards your next freediving certification level (PADI Advanced, Molchanovs Wave 2, AIDA 3 and beyond)
Improve your CO2 tolerance, depth adaptation, and overall freediving fitness
Learn to keep yourself and your freediving buddies safe in the water
Meet a bunch of new friends and be part of our amazing Sydney Freediving Community.
Depth Training (Single Session)
$100
During these coached sessions you will work with your instructor towards your specific freediving goals.
You may be sharing a session with others of varying levels, including students who might be completing a beginner course.

Gordon’s Bay, Eastern Suburbs (ocean) - Max Depth 12m
Shelly Beach, Northern Beaches (ocean) - Max Depth 10m
Lilli Pilli, Port Hacking (harbour) - Max Depth 23m
The Spit, Northern Beaches (harbour) - Max Depth 30m
*All locations may change slightly based on conditions.
DURATION
Approx. 90 minutes in the water with up to 2 participants : 1 instructor
ELIGIBILITY
Freedivers who are working to complete their certification (Molchanovs, AIDA, PADI, Apnea Australia, Apnea Total, SSI Freediver all welcome)
Freedivers from any Australian-recognised agency
Private Training
From $250
For highly tailored training, we recommend private depth session coaching. You can bring a friend for no additional charge,
One of our available instructors will work with you 1:1 or 1:2 and support you with your individual needs and freediving goals.
